Very rich red color. Interesting aroma of peony, turning into black pepper, leather and slightly smoked meat. The taste is juicy spiciness with a dense body, in the aftertaste there is a pleasant pungency. Food recommendations: Fatty meats and poultry, game, smoked cheeses.
